I think the fathoms hood will be noticeably shorter in length then the cx5. The fathoms windshield is further forward then on the cx5 and the cx5 also appears to have a much larger front overhang.

I wouldn’t say it cost next to nothing. All of the sensors and cameras add up. I would have preferred a trim without blue cruise that’s even cheaper. I refuse to ever pay a subscription for a vehicle 😆.

I find it odd that ford continues to hide the shape of the fathoms front end, even trying to make it look like a traditional truck by raising the hood. With a design that doesn’t look like your typical truck, you’d think they’d want to show it off to get people used to it, not make people think...

I agree, I think there’s extra padding on the bed to make it look tall and extra camo covering part of the windows. It will probably still have a high belt line, but not as extreme as we see on these.
