  1. New Video with "Secret" Image

To do a proper tease, ya gotta zoom in so much that people don't even know what they're looking at. Paired with generic language to hype people up. Yo guys, check out what I just saw 😉🤐🤫. The future is now old man!! #Mindblowing #Staytuned #Hashtag #Thinkyou'rereadynoyou'renot And then post...
  2. New Video with "Secret" Image

    Yes, that's a maverick.
  3. Farley says “It’s going to be a heck of an effort to launch this [Fathom] at scale, at cost, on time.”

Honestly, Ford authority, that's the news outlet that really sparked this rumor, has been getting very clickbaity with their articles lately. Ford's CEO said global emissions targets were getting harder to meet, and they interpreted that as the mustang is gonna lose its V8 soon. Meanwhile, far...
  4. Mustang ”Ute” Concept now in Ford Heritage Collection

The heritage fleet does exist, at least partially, to use past ideas and concepts to inspire future vehicles, and Ford's CEO has said he wants to do a new ute. Something like this would look really cool. Keeping with the coupe ute theme, something like a EV small ute with styling that looked...
  5. Fathom Frunk Patent Images Revealed

I also think this sketch is our best clue of the styling we'll get.
  6. Fathom Frunk Patent Images Revealed

Adding some shading and detail to the patent image. The a-pillar might be further back than what the patent shows, it's hard to tell.
  7. Fathom Frunk Patent Images Revealed

The front end on the fathom also angles down. I don't know why we as a community keep putting out renderings showing a tall, boxy, upright front end.
  8. Fathom Frunk Patent Images Revealed

Riley said in a past post that the truck would be revealed in early 2027. It has to be the Detroit auto show in Jan. can't think of a better time or event to do it at. Unless Ford does a standalone media event independent of auto shows. January will be here before we know it. But it would be...
  9. Fathom Frunk Patent Images Revealed

Tinker with the Ford super truck EV but remove the race car bits and make it smaller. That's far closer to the fathom in styling than what AI is giving us.
  10. Please let this be the actual Fathom design.

This looks so good. I wasn't really sold with the mules we were seeing, apparently according to people in the know, the camo is hiding a lot and we aren't seeing much of the actual design. If this turns out to be it, it's a home run. It has the raked windshield, the long cab, the drooping...
  11. Fathom Frunk Patent Images Revealed

True, but I believe that parent showing the side could be showing the general shape and proportions of the truck, just with the finer details removed. It has the raked windshield, angled front end, and shorter hood.
  12. Fathom Frunk Patent Images Revealed

That might actually be the general shape of the design, and it looks better than the renderings led us to believe.
  13. Fathom info (including infotainment & ADAS) -- from Ford presentation at Morgan Stanley 14th Annual Laguna Conference

Imagine a mustang with this tech, and architecture, that would be incredible.
  14. New video & photos: Ford Fathom in the Wild (Las Vegas detour during hot weather testing)

I could see a CES and Detroit reveal for each event for maximum exposure.
  15. Two Fathom EVs spotted testing with Maverick / Mach-E drive-by video

I respectfully disagree. I think the Rivian r1t is gorgeous. Especially from a front 3/4s angle. I'm not a huge fan of many 30s to 50s cars. There are exceptions of course, but too many have the bulbous inverted bathtub shape to them imo. We got some iconic 50s cars like the t-bird, first gen...
  16. Reactions from 6 Ford plant employees upon seeing the Fathom EV truck / Ford Universal EV Platform

Agreed. Plus the hatch I showed looks cool. Sounds like making these affordable EVs cool looking is important to them. Farley said in the past they would be emotional products, and that they weren't gonna look like toasters on wheels. So that has me excited.
  17. Two Fathom EVs spotted testing with Maverick / Mach-E drive-by video

To be fair, they aren't bad looking. I personally believe the ugliest truck ever made is the 2024 ram 2500 Cummins. Particularly in white.
