Hopefully 🤞 I am sure most of the battery tech / design was pretty locked in 1-2 years ago. Maybe Ford was able to adjust on the fly to bring updated designs to production.

If Ford does the volume they are hoping to I could see them backpedaling on this. I hope the program is available if / when I buy mine 🤞

The Maverick under seat storage is great! Unfortunately with car seats I'm not able to utilize it. So for my personal experience I like the additional useable space beyond under seat storage / bed. Also, if the mid-gate becomes reality, I wonder if that will change rear under seat storage...
