Thanks for sharing. I think his view on Ford Quality standards are different than those of recent customers. Hopefully his concern will translate into a successful launch of the UEV family. I agreee with the value of bidirectional capability as a selling benefit not just a feature. I would not be considering this if that benefit did not exist.
