Most of those sensors/cameras are there already for the safety systems (collision detection/braking) and for features like adaptive cruise control. The Zonal Compute is there even for the base model so no more weight for that.
So minimal weight if any for adding blue cruise.
And that weight...

Thanks to Patrick of the Electric Duo for publishing this fantastic article.
My only add is the estimated price of the Extended Range Fathom ($35,000 – $38,000) seems too high especially with Tim Bartz (Long McArthur Ford) knowing actual...
That is what Ford stated.
Like their spotted page here: Congrats, You Spotted the Ford Fathom™
There has been nothing new there since it was found and has the same annoying "Come back Soon" message when Ford has released NOTHING New since the naming announcement on August 6th almost TWO months...
Yes I played the video.
The rendering is not correct.
Here are the issues:
The windshield did not extend to the middle of the front wheel like it does on the actual Fathom. On the video it only got to near the back edge of the front tire not the middle.
I am not sure what the x-ray image of...

Thanks but the Windshield is still not raked enough. It needs to extend to the middle of the front wheel. Also I don't believe driver should straddle what looks like the front traction motor.
That is because the Ai renderings were lacking details like the very raked windshield that ended near the middle of the front wheel.
Those renderings used current truck front ends which resulted in those terrible renders.
Not too bad.
However the windshield should be more steeply raked.
Here is an image of the Fathom:
and here is an image of a Maverick:
Note that the Fathom windshield is more raked than the Maverick.
Also should have recessed door handles and no side badge.
Because extended door handles...
This image from the patent is very interesting as it clearly shows a truck that is all electric with a very steeply raked windshield. Much like the Fathom has. It also interesting that the patent picked a truck and not a SUV or car.
The patent also shows the capability to have a television in the Frunk:
If the Fathom has this capability then it will also have power available in the frunk.
